 take a deep breath and quiet your heart as we become aware of. The loving presence around us and within us
 today's passage comes from habakkuk 3 verses 18 to 19
 get I will celebrate in the Lord I will rejoice in the god of my salvation the Lord my Lord is my strength he makes my feet like those of a deer and enables me to walk on Mountain Heights
 recite God's goodness
 God my savior you hear me when I call strengthening me and dangerous places you are worthy of my praise and adoration because you have shown your goodness in my own life
 I rejoice in you
 take a few moments now to recite God's goodness praising him for who he is and for what he has done in your own life
 express your neediness
 when I feel shaky and unsure in my family relationships and my job situations in my finances in my personal sanctification God help me to trust in you alone
 when my world feels dark and I feel lonely fill my heart with hope that I will yet praise you and when you prove faithful once again make my heart quick to acknowledge your deliverance
 suppose now and express your neediness to God confessing your sins and your need for his forgiveness and Grace in your life

 take a few moments to become aware of God's loving presence surrounding you
 and think back on a past situation when God was with you
 in a precarious dangerous or difficult place
 trust his faithfulness
 when the Israelites felt alone and abandoned because of their sinful idolatry you God we're still with them you never left them because you always keep your promises
 and God you've never left my side because you continue to be faithful forever
 whatever worries I'm facing today God I choose to trust you with my whole heart you are my God
 take time now to declare your trust in God's faithfulness that he is who he said he is and he will do what he said he will do in the world and in your life 2
