hello my friends welcome back it is time for the morning mindset I am here you are here so it's time for us to get ready to get our minds aligned with the truth of God we have words on many pages in the scriptures from the Living God who is enabling us through his power in the leadership of this Holy Spirit to understand his will for us today we're going to be doing that by looking at Proverbs chapter 29 vs 13 and 14 today and our subject is true accountability and before we get there I want to remind you or let you know if you've never heard before that we have a companion Journal that goes along with the morning night at now to be quite a front with you about what this is it is a blank journal with four different sections that guide you in format how to take journaling how to do sketches how to rewrite the phrase or the scripture for yourself just a tool for you to you
 to keep you consistent and on track in your study of scriptures on a deeper level you can find that by going to the description for this episode or today we are looking at Proverbs 29 verses 13 and 14 I want to read the verse in its entirety today and then come back and walk through it from a personal nights at thinking of how this would be where we in the situation it says the poor man and the oppressor meet together the Lord gives light to the eyes of both if it came Faithfully judges the poor his throne will be established forever
 can you put yourself in the samples of this poor man that it mentions in a poor man and the one who's a pressing him meet together what would you be feeling if you were the poor man will you would likely be feeling at a disadvantage you would likely be feeling potentially some kind of thread you would likely be feeling you are not going to get Justice because the oppressor the one who has the power is the one who's going to be kind of Steamroller everything and take his way of thinking and what Solomon wants us to do in seeing this sort of a scenario is to recognize something that's bigger than that situation and that is the second praise the Lord gives light to the eyes of both in other words the beating heart and breathing lungs and the active brain waves of each of those individuals is in the hand of the Lord
 someone wants us to understand Earthly position Earthly place has power in an influence are nothing compared to the greatness and sovereignty of our God she is the one who is in control even in the situation as lopsided as the one that Solomon has described for us it is that reality in many others like it that caused us to understand what true accountability is even in a situation where in an Earthly sense you are being oppressed or you are being treated you can be confident there is a Heavenly judge who will judge all men all actions all situations of Injustice and one day will make them right so say your kind of been some sort of a legal battle and you're being mistreated maligned accused you have a God in heaven who is going to see that made right you can be sure of that 90 in this circumstance
 present-day it's very difficult for that sort of a truth to give you comfort but it's meant to strengthen our faith not necessarily our feelings it's meant to cause us to have confidence and insurance and even a piece inside knowing of that what we see on Earth is not the end of the story now the accompanying verse verse number 14 it says that the key who Faithfully judges the poor another word for those in the first scenario that King's throne will be established forever know again this is a word to those who have the opportunity to be an oppressor those who had the opportunity to do Injustice towards others saying again there is a king above you there was a ruler to whom you are accountable
 and you must exercise your roll Faithfully you must learn to be accountable to that King because in that way you will truly be blessed in this world
 print these are Eternal principles that we're learning but they have all kinds of implications in our lives for parents for business owners for managers and companies for those who serve under them
 Lord God give us wisdom and give us insight into the Great and Mighty realities that exists behind the scenes of everyday living enable us to reset our hearts this morning today this afternoon to be your people confident and at peace because you have created this Dynamic of accountability or give us confidence because you're our King because you're on our side because you're the one who's going to see things made right Lord Jesus we praise you and we love you today we ask you to guide us and protect us and lead us in our activities for your namesake this day in Jesus name
